Description
The OL10/OL32 series, crafted meticulously by WelandSignal, proudly steps into the realm of ICAO-certified low-intensity aviation warning lights. In line with stringent global standards, our lights readily meet the requirements of ICAO low intensity types A, B, & E as well as FAA L-810 & L-810F. With the OL32 achieving an impressive intensity exceeding 32.5 candelas in both steady and flashing modes, and the OL10 designed for environments requiring 10 candelas, these lights cater to diverse aviation needs.
The heart of our OL32S single obstruction light features 8 ultra-bright Philips LEDs, working harmoniously with a precisely engineered polycarbonate Fresnel lens. This combination ensures optimum concentration and dissemination of LED light beams, providing compliant intensity and distribution. Despite their powerful output, our lights are models of efficiency – the OL32S, for example, operates on a mere 4 watts.
Ease of installation is a prime consideration. The OL32S comes equipped with a G3/4” universal threaded hub at its base, facilitating mounting on conduits or via WelandSignal brackets, making it ideal for towers and buildings. Internal wiring is streamlined with a terminal block on its power board, and the inclusion of a prewired cable simplifies the installation process, eliminating the need to open the light head.
While the OL32S is perfectly suited for structures less than 45m in height, the OL10, with its distinct 10cd luminosity, can be deployed in specialized environments. Frequently, several OL10/OL32 units are strategically positioned in one or more horizontal tiers to demarcate a structure’s silhouette alongside medium-intensity obstruction lights.
Compliance of OL10/OL32 Aviation Warning Lights:
- Obstacle Light Low Intensity Type A, B, & E as per ICAO Annex 14 Volume I July 2016.
- L-810 and L-810F as stated in FAA AC No. 150/5345-43F.
Rely on WelandSignal’s OL10/OL32 series for unmatched reliability, efficiency, and compliance in aviation safety.
